Carlyle melatonin 10 mg softgles have been a lifesaver when it comes to restoring some assemblence of a sleep cycle for my father - who is on hospice - and myself. Since starting them, within 30 minutes after taking one softgel, both he and I are falling asleep in our recliners if we haven't made it to our respective beds. With him being at end-of-life care, and me having fibromyalgia with severe nighttime pain, anything that gives help with sleep is greatly valued.

I bought Carlyle Melatonin 10mg because my brain refuses to shut the hell up at night. Highly recommend.
I have been using another product for some time and pleased, but in searching for a reorder, I came across this product and decided to try. I am using 10mg and sleeping very well. The former product was working at 20mg and not sleeping as well. I highly recommend this product. And at 50% less pricing.
