It's working great for me, I was having broken stools for a year and finally they're solid again. Also it is helping me lose weight, along with my exercising, I started taking metamucil before specifically lunch, and now I've been eating almost no lunch, just some healthy snacks basically. I'm sick of being overweight and am glad it helps me feel less hungry. I might increase it over time, but at first I was getting some nausea and upset stomach a bit, but not anymore after a few weeks. I have lost a little bit of weight so I'm going in the right direction and don't think I could have done it without this.

IT IS A TERRIFIC PRODUCT IF YOU ARE HAVING A PROBLEM WITH DIARRHEA! I WAS, AND IN TWO DAYS AFTER TAKING IT, I WAS BACK TO NORMAL STOOLS. AND, IT TASTES GOOD, SO NO PROBLEM DRINKING IT.

I reverted to this one after the one with the green on the label that uses the natural sugar replacement and it works fine for me. I don't use it daily I use it every few days as necessary. Especially if I'm feeling bloated. But it does work. Keep in mind it only gives you like five or six grams of fiber per dose.

I take Metamucil regularly, and it does the job. Good value for the price. One odd thing I noticed about the most recent batch I bought on Amazon -- it does not congeal as much as the batch I bought 6-8 months ago at CVS. It seems like this batch is less dense, maybe between 30-50%. I can also tell when I leave it sit in a water bottle. The last one left a big jelly like blob about a third of the volume of the container. The new batch doesn't clump together as well or as much. I can tell the effects in my body as well. When you're taking a fiber supplement regularly you come to rely on taking a certain dose, since it can be hard for your body to adjust to even small changes in fiber. I would expect a company like Metamucil to have a more consistent product. Overall a good product for your health but I am disappointed in the inconsistency, and not really knowing what amount of fiber I'm actually taking.

Bought this about a month ago and I use it pretty irregularly — like maybe 3-4 times a week. I also didn’t realize how big the container is, it comes with much more product than I expected. I’ve lost about 10 pounds since taking it. It truly does reduce my appetite which is exactly what I needed. It also helps me go to the bathroom much more regularly. I will say though, it will make your farts STINK. It works though.

Great if you need the extra fiber in your diet, I know I need it.I had to test out different doses and settled on a nice once a day tablespoon sized scoop for my needs.mix with plenty of water and I'm usually good for the day.the orange flavor is nice.

Working great, being on a low carb high protein diet really backs me up, Meta not only tastes great but works amazing, as long as you take it consistently.
