## Questions & Answers

**Q: Will this work for wrist?**
A: I found that this one is hard to put on. I would suggest just a plan strip of KT tape or look for something for wrist.

**Q: Is this suitable for the knee?**
A: I use it on my shoulder and it makes a very noticeable difference. I’ve tried it on my hip with no effect. Have not tried on a knee.

**Q: Can you wear this during activity?**
A: Yes, you are welcome to wear this during activity. When applied correctly, it should last anywhere from 1-3 days.

**Q: Will this help with a seperated AC joint?**
A: Thanks for your question.  The recovery patch is more for swelling and to cover over a larger surface area, for example, quadricep, hamstring, back, calves, bicep or tricep. For the AC joint I would recommend using our Pro KT Tape to provide support to the AC joint. If your having difficulty with the KT tape application and still having issues with your AC joint I would suggest getting in contact with your local Physical Therapist.
