A: Yes, it comes with 2 racks holding 40 ties.

**Q: Could i use this for my leggings**
A: I don't think so. It really fits ties well but I don't think it's wide enough for leggings.

**Q: Does the rack tend to crease the tie(s)?**
A: I have not noticed any issues with creases in my ties.

**Q: It rotates? Mine doesn't.**
A: the hook portion of mine is a ball-joint connector, allowing it to rotate or "spin".

These tie hangers are a great value. They hold a ton of ties and take up way less closet space than the hanging tie carousels that serve the same purpose. The ties hang flat and are easy to access. The plastic is thick and the hangers are sturdy. This is a great way to organize and store ties.

As long as there are dress codes in courtrooms, I will have more ties than I know what to do with. These hold many of the ties I keep in rotation securely and neatly. It's hard to get excited about tie racks and I'm not excited about these. They do a very good job at what they do, and the price is right. With that said, they are plastic, so they are NOT going to last and last like a good brass tie rack. At their price, you can probably replace these 5 or 6 times before paying for a brass tie rack, so I give these a 5* value.
