This stuff is amazing if you are suffering from adrenal fatigue! I have been dealt a very stressful past few years and I was starting to not be able to handle all the stress I was under, until I brought this supplement into my life. I feel like a new person. I can handle life and whatever else I get thrown. I honestly feel like a new person, this stuff is that amazing!!! If your suffering from stress, anxiety, depression... I highly recommend this!!! Plus the taste is a lot easier to handle then some other brands.

3rd bottle. Works wonderfully. I’m always on the go, so this is easier to take. No alcohol either. Which is bad for your liver. Great product.

I thought this was my turmeric supplement, because the bottle design is the same and the letters are small. So I did not read it, but I tried it one night when I was struggling to fall asleep and it worked beautifully. I’m keeping it and I’m going to continue recommending it.

I bought this as a substitute for another product that I temporarily could not get. I am becoming calmer through practice of mindfulness ,less panic responses, less anxiety, since using Ashwaganda...I'm sure that it aids in my continued experience of Harmony.

Good quality. I take a dropperful of this before bedtime and it helps calm my nerves. I purchased it because it is in a glycerin solution, not a harsher alcohol base. The only reason I docked a star is because the sweetness of the glycerin is super sweet to me and I don't like that right before bed. Not sure if that can be changed in the formula but is my only "con" with the product. I may be able to tone it down in warm water but I try not to drink any more liquids right before bed. Overall I recommend.

i put this and all my other liquid supplements in about 2oz of red Gatorade everyday after breakfest, goes down super easy and no terrible after taste even when combined with 5+ supplements
