For the 10pk of rolls with 10ct of candies in each, wouldn't their only be 9 rolls instead of 10 with 3 rows of 3, like in it's pictures?

No, I thought they would as well. To me they started out with a good taste but then turn into a plastic taste. Turns into a hard gummy/plastic
