Yes the sword hilt colors are off but it's well made, heavy solid metal, and great for anyone who is a fan of demon slayer. This is the second sword I've gotten, I also bought rengokus sword, which I also recommend.

Package was in good condition, seems very well made. Everything about the sword looked great. This is a cosplay/display piece so it is not sharp as the description states. That said i also wouldn't try banging it against stuff though it feels it could stand up to some light play. I got it for my 15 yr old who wanted one to just display and play around with in his room.

My kid and I are practicing Kendo, Kenjutsu, Iaido, and Iaijutsu (whatever Japanese sword system you prefer) and I have no idea who or what Demon Slayer or Tanjiro Kamado is – I just needed a dull metal sword. All I know is that it's a full-size replica that captures the aesthetic of some sword in some anime that bridges cosplay and basic sword training better than most other options. It’s 104 cm (about 41 inches) overall and I’m rating it at 5 stars because, for the price (for me it was around $42.79 with tax) it is just an amazing training tool. I use it five days a week to casually practice drawing, sheathing, performing basic movements, and gentle one-on-one techniques. I don’t do any cosplay, but it would look and feel like a real sword when walking around or taking pictures. For practice, I've used it in my house (we have high ceilings) and backyard for drills. The dull edge makes it forgiving for beginners, and unlike my wooden bokken, the metal provides a more realistic weight. I like black, and this black finish arrives sleek and understated, perfect if you're not into the brighter colors available in the other sword styles. It’s very thin layer, so try not to scratch it (covered in the next paragraph.) Safety is a big win with the unsharpened blade – no accidental nicks or missing limbs. The quality shines through in the construction: the tsuka (handle) wrap is tight and textured for a secure hold even with sweaty palms, and the overall build feels sturdy, with no wobbling at the tsuba (guard.) Crucially, the katana seats perfectly in the saya (sheath) – no annoying rattle or looseness right at the habaki. This tight fit means it draws and sheathes in a smooth fluid motion and reduces frustration during practice. That said, it's not flawless, and addressing these head-on might help fellow buyers. The sheath lacks a kurigata loop for the sageo cord, so tying it to your obi (belt) requires some DIY finesse. Also, the exterior of the saya (sheath) feels like it will come loose and start to wrinkle eventually, but I haven’t experienced any wear and tear yet - I just worry that it'll start to sag as it feels loosely applied to the scabbard. Durability-wise, expect cosmetic burrs and scratches if you’re using them (like I am) for light contact with another dull metal sword for training techniques. Mine has multiple scratches and dings, but I expected that and don’t really mind. Another point is that for younger users, the length might overwhelm kids with shorter arms. Looking at other Amazon reviews for Sword Fort and similar swords, many echo my pros – folks rave about the value for cosplay (one 4-star review called it "spot-on for photoshoots") and ease of assembly (practically none, other than figuring out how to tie it to your belt – if needed.) But common concerns like "Is it sharp?" seem to get mixed answers; rest assured, this model is blunt, addressing safety worries from parents or cosplay folks that don’t want to get in trouble for carrying a real sword around. Value for money? Absolutely, it's 80% of the fun at 30% of the cost. Ease of use is straightforward: no tools needed, just wipe it down regularly to prevent rust. Overall, this sword is best suited for adults dipping into light sword practice or dedicated anime / cosplay fans wanting a metal upgrade from plastic or bamboo props. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for cosplay gear or light waza or technique training.

This is the real deal, very very close to a real sword. My son is an anime fan and wanted it in his room. I thought something very flimsy will show up but my surprise This is very similar to these words that I have seen in museums and homes in India. Coming from a royal family We have many swords hanging on the walls and it may not be absolutely similar to the real swords, but it's 80% there. It's made very well, the material is good, luckily it's not very sharp either so I let my son play around with it in empty room when he practices is katas and the handle is very sturdy. It is moderately heavy and the intricate design carving and the finishing is also very good.

Fantastic design and has great weight, only small thing I had to say was, the writing on the sword was a little worn off but still visible so. And the stainless steel blade is safe and has a fantastic feel for it like good for cosplays or Halloween, which I used it for ! I also bought another varient which is tengen uzui’s and with those it had excellent detail and it had great weight, but easy to scratch if accidental but still overall fantastic and flashy !

The Shinobu sword/katana is an amazing item that looks straight out of the show (demon slayer) when it comes out. It comes exactly as shown. It’s not sharp which makes it great for display or cosplay, also nicely “clicks” into the sheath so you don’t have to worry about the sword falling out at all! Overall very satisfied, would definitely recommend Great quality for the price, the actual blade and sheath were beautiful of course the downside is waiting and the money price but its all worth it whether it's for decoration or cosplay but the sword is amazing but the only problem is that it wiggles when the case is on. I love the product and would 100 percent recommend it if you love Demon slayer. I give it a thumbs up and an A+ is this was a grade, in the end, the sword was really nice.

The product is well worth the price, it’s extremely well made, had a slight crack under the tsuba but it’s barley noticeable. Overall would recommend to anyone 10/10

Arrived in great shape! Exactly as advertised. Arrived straight and undamaged. Unsharpened cosplay sword. Looks real, feels real. Steal blade with a wood sheath. The white wrap is low quality and loose. Looks great from far but, far from great.
