Halfway through my second bottle. First bottle I didn't notice anything, but just because we don't notice something right away, doesn't mean a whole lot. I'm a recovering severe alcoholic. A year sober but every night i woke up to pee at least 3 times. Even without liquids hours before bed. These past couple weeks have been the best nights sleep in years! I’ve used this product before but didn’t notice details. I recently had severe bladder pain and thought I had a UTI and it was just an “angry bladder” so I decided to try this again. It's one of those products that is hard to judge, but I feel it's helping. I have low kidney function due to another medical issue, but I think this helps. The volume is good, and the swelling in my legs has gone down nicely. Also, the free bottle offer is legit and ships immediately when you get your second bottle. This kidney cleanse has a higher percentage of ingredients compared to other kidney cleanse products and I'm very happy with it.

I have a compromised immune system from birth and I am required to take multiple vitamins to stay healthy so I have tried many different products and it's been hard to find just the right ones. This product works very well, especially if taken with the Uralic Acid vitamin. I noticed a difference the first week just when I was urinating more and easier and the bloating went away. I added these pills after getting some bloodwork that don’t look great after a few months of bad habits. My initial creatinine went up to 1.6 and GFR was down to 53.
