Drys effectively, may disrupt healing
This works very well for preventing forming spots from becoming too large or noticeable. Since using it I’ve had hardly any fully formed acne spots, but I’ve noticed some of the areas where it’s been applied seem to not go fade as fully or as quickly as ordinary. So while the affected area of skin is smaller and spots are less noticeable discoloration seems to last longer since I began to use this product. I will note that my skin isn’t the most consistent and I can’t absolutely attribute this to the product nor have I used many other products to compare it with. Still, I’ve found it effective and worth using when notable acne begins to form.

I like it.
Still going strong- works well- just stay consistent! The pink stuff is just calamine lotion. Helps with my breakout problem !

Works, but has a design flaw
So the pink lotion does what it's supposed to do. The reason I can't give this more stars is the design flaw of the bottle. They've made it too tall - when you dip a cotton swab in there, it won't reach the stuff on the bottom that you have to use unless you let it go, and then you can't get it out of the bottle again without another tool and a lot of maneuvering. This is a major flaw for a product designed to be used with cotton swabs. They need to make the bottles shorter and wider.

Exactly like Mario Badescu
This is such a lifesaver. I’ve been using the Mario Badescu drying lotion for over a year, and when I saw this one was half the price with the same ingredients i HAD to get it. Such a great dupe and works just as well.

Wow! It really works and it's made of non-toxic ingredients
I've used 1/2 the bottle and, in my estimation, this stuff works exactly as well as the more expensive brand. Here's how I use it: Without shaking the bottle (important) I stick a cotton swab down into the pink stuff at the bottom of the bottle and then press the swab on the blemish before I go to sleep or if I'm not leaving the house for 4+ hours. When I wash it off in the AM, the blemish is usually dried up (but for the deep ones, I use it for 2 nights. One night will reduce the swelling and redness significantly). It does say not to use on an open sore but I'll confess, I am driven by some perverse need to try to drain it before I put the lotion on it. One main reason I like it is that it doesn't dry out the surrounding area unless you spread it out. It should only be put right on the blemish itself. Works much better than those little salicylic dot patches for me.
