OEM oil filter
Seem to be OEM replacement oil filter. Box does say "for sale in Korea only" so that is a little sus (but so is the amount of money the stealership charges for the filters and/or an oil change). Looks, feels, and seems to operate just as OEM. The one's I received did not come with a crush washer, so I ordered those separately. The cost is well worth it. I'm only giving 4 stars because the drain plug gasket washer's were not included.

Same as the OEM plus a free crush washer!
I used the first filter from the box the other day and it fits perfectly like the OEM one I purchased from AZone. The AZ one was about $14 so I saved over 50% on these PLUS I got 6 free crush washers of OEM quality. The inside was identical to the OEM ones. The difference was the “Y” stamped on the top rather than a “W” but I read online that Hyundai uses the “Y” to signify the Youngdong S Korea plant whilst the “W” stamp corresponds with the Ulsan plant. I use a filter cutter to open up the used filters and check for debris. Also have calipers to read inner/outer/depth measurements. The drain back holes, outer diameter of the face and center hole all measure the same as OEM. The black gaskets even have the same markings! This is the real deal.

Sold by Performance basic, shipped from US Amazon. It is a genuine Hyundai filter, made in house (as opposed to Mann+Hummel before) for distribution in KDM. It has a genuine Hyundai hologram on top that shows continents. It's a perfect fit to an old 2.7L V6. The first one I bought is working great and I'm happy not having to go to the dealer to find a genuine OEM filter.
