Why do these red bear claws cost 3x more than the multiple other black bear claws that also have prime shipping?

While we've seen no other sellers selling their meat claws for $4, our price is is competitive (in the $10-$13 range) with other best selling meat claws on Amazon. Hi! Thank you for the question. Because honesty and integrity mean everything to our two-person business (just the hubby and me) we wanted to tell you the truth about our company.

Grillaholics is based out of St. Louis, MO and while our operations are 100% American-run, our products are manufactured in China. Now, before you get disappointed we want to tell you why..

When we started out in 2014 we brought our designs to over 5 different US manufacturers who practically laughed at us because we weren't a "real" company, yet. They were completely unwilling to work with us. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. They were also unable to meet the standards we weren't willing to part with.

They were also going to charge us 5x more than what a Chinese manufacturer had quoted us and we just didn't feel comfortable having to raise the price of all our products just so we could make a profit.. that is completely unethical and we thought our customers deserved better.

This past year we began working with the best manufacturer for grilling accessories in the world! The same manufacturer who produces for Weber, KitchenAid, Target and Walmart. It really doesn't get any better than that!

Since taking our product overseas we have been able to help grow the US economy with every purchase and we have been able to hire full-time and part-time American workers.
