Delicious! Finally Some Good Dried Shelled Fava Beans
After some unfortunate shopping experiences purchasing dried Fava beans I wasn’t optimistic but these were great and well sorted. So easy to cook and tasty. Will be buying again!

Very good product
I recently visited Sicily and came. home with a cookbook. They use dry Fava beans a lot and I'd never tried them. Hard to find locally so I tried these and was very pleased.

They're all broken.
I wanted whole fava beans but these are intentionally split and broken it seems. I wish I had read the reviews.

Already split - no sprouting possible
Some may like the fact that these are split already.I did not.I wanted to sprout and then cook for maximum bioavailability.Drats.

Fine if you want to make a purée or spread, but if you’re expecting whole beans, look elsewhere.
