If you just want to know if Zymol Z507 Leather Cleaner - 8 oz. really works, check out the image I uploaded. It works, no question. I didn't have time last summer to detail my van and by now my seats are looking pretty bad. Between spills, sweaty kids, crumbs and who knows what else, the seats are dirty. The last time I cleaned the leather, I used a leather cleaner/conditioner combo product that gave me less than stellar results. This time I researched products to use so I wouldn't waste my time. Zymol leather cleaner seemed like a good gamble. I used to use Zymol products years ago when I had time to baby my car. The carnuba wax smelled like the Tropics and worked wonders. I wasn't sure if the brand would be as reliable since being bought by Turtle Wax. As you can see by the picture, the leather cleaner works very well. Sure you need some elbow grease, but with a little effort, your leather seats will once again look beautiful. I also purchased Zymol leather conditioner and am very satisfied with it as well.

Having read the glowing reviews of this product by others here on Amazon, I went ahead and ordered a bottle of Zymol Z507 Leather Cleaner and got right to work on the well worn leather of my car with beige leather interior. I had excellent results. Using a white color micro-fiber towel and just a little bit of rubbing, years of ground in dirt and grime came up in mere moments. With each successive application, that white towel got dirtier and dirtier while the seat upholstery emerged fresh, clean and rejuvenated. After the third time 'round, I was done. The leather looked like new again and was smooth, supple and not least, smelled great. Notably, it did not darken the leather, which some famous brands are known to do. It's very mild too ... no harsh chemicals. This is a great product that delivers excellent results with minimum effort. It is head and shoulders above other leather cleaners -- cleaners that require an enormous amount of "elbow grease" to yield lesser results. I highly recommend it.

Although the bottle was a little greasy (I guess because it contains glycerol and somehow leaked outside), I sprayed twice into a microfiber car cloth and wiped a small test area of my leather seat to see what would happen. After 20 seconds of firm rubbing, the dirt was removed. I then proceeded to spray generously onto the cleaning cloth and rub down my leather bucket seat. It cleaned it pretty well, even removing some weird sticky stain that an auto mechanic had so generously left for me. It does not work instantaneously, but with firm circular strokes, the dirt will be removed. Although it does soak into the leather and leave a shiny look, the shine was gone the next day and my beautiful matte leather was restored to clean and new. Just don't overspray and saturate the leather--spray onto a cleaning cloth and rub down.

I tried about four different products and about six homespun surefire remedies, but none would get ballpoint pen or nail polish off of my couch. Having read the other reviews on Amazon, I figured it was worth a try. And it was, big time. My Italian designed leather couch that was probably headed to the Salvation Army now looks as good as it did before I got married and had kids. I would have paid hundreds of dollars to have done what this little bottle did. As far as using it, the instructions call for applying it to a cloth and then rubbing it on the leather. That worked great on removing dirt and grime, but I had to spray it directly on the stubborn stains and let it soak for about 30 seconds before rubbing very hard and scraping with my fingernail... but it worked. I am very happy. Love this stuff.

This is the only product we've found that removes white sunscreen stains from our vehicle's black leather. I also use it occasionally on my leather sofa and chair. It really cleans well and makes the leather look nice. Not shiny, just a soft sheen.

I bought Zymol based on recommendations on a BMW owners' forum. I have oyster leather, which is a very light colored leather, and it picks up a blue color from new or dark colored jeans. I was worried that the color may be difficult to get out, but just the first spray and wipe got almost all of the color out. The rest came out within about 30 seconds and the leather was back to looking like new. Now I just keep the bottle in the back of the car and wipe the seats down about once a week to keep them looking great. As a plus, the stuff also keeps the leather smelling nice. Bottom line...Zymol is inexpensive and works great! I have no idea where the negative reviews come from.

THIS STUFF IS THE BEST! I've been using this stuff for years on my leather car seats. I like the smell and I like the waxy residue it leaves behind- not a lot, just enough. You can simply apply it or apply then buff it our(recommended). Truth be told, I usually just slam it on there, but it is outstanding when you buff it out. I use it on the auto seats, dash(all plastics, even under the hood) and trim alike. Never any issues. I've been using it since 1998. My wife uses it on our interior leather furniture as well. BUY IT. USE IT. SMILE.

Good product but expensive

The bottle was supplied in a vacuum packed plastic bag within a cardboard envelope. When opening the bag, the liquid had released and covered the bottle due to the trigger being operable having no lock feature. The product should supplied in a more suitable container. The product itself works well.
