So good!!!
Should have used these years ago. I had been using another brand. Easy to initially set up and worked great. But I moved and my Internet changed. Some would not connect to my new Internet and had to buy new. That Internet was terribly unreliable and always going out then then the plus would sometimes take days to reconnect and they kept giving us new routers meaning a whole new name and password and again the plugs wouldn’t connect. I got pick of buying new ones so I did some research and saw Kasa highly recommended so I decided to get them the next time I’d have an issue with what I was using. These things are great!! They work so good and so far and reset to new WiFi - we have changed the internet provider now and it’s way better. But so far love these Kasa plugs! I’ll keep using them!

Great value, easy to setup, and zero hassle!
These Kasa Smart Plugs are super easy to set up and worked perfectly within minutes. The app is simple, the connection is reliable, and they respond quickly every time. They’re so much easier than my previous discontinued Belkin WeMo smart plugs. Great value and zero hassle — highly recommend!

Good deal
I bought the smart power strip for an aquarium, and found these to be useful for my more low tech aquariums that just needed a light timer. Found them on sale and couldn’t pass it up. It has more smart home features than I care to use. One detail that is worth note is that it takes up space on a power strip so that every outlet would not be usable with this installed; the plug above it will fit a two prong and the one below will be blocked beyond usability.

Works very well pairs easily with smart home devices. It did blow on me though.
Great plugs, easy to set up. Compatible with Alexa devices. It would be nice to be able to have several of them with the same name so I could ask Alexa to turn on lamps and all my lamps would go on… But I do it one at a time. It did just blow on me today, but this is several years of use. I'm not sure how dangerous it was. It does smell like an electrical fire, but nothing happened other than the plug stopped working.

Should have used them long ago.
Use in Apple Home. Previously used Belkin brand but Belkin discontinued. These smart plugs are solid - always connected unlike the unreliable Belkins. The Kasa app is rock solid as well.

Easy and responsive.
I have tried many smart plugs over the years, and these are by far my favorite. They are extremely reliable and very responsive, which is not something I can say about most others I have owned. You can use either the Kasa app or the Tapo app. I personally prefer the Tapo app. It is fast, intuitive, and makes it very easy to turn devices on and off. I also use these heavily with Amazon Echo, and the responsiveness has been excellent. Setting up schedules is straightforward. You can schedule devices to turn on and off, automatically shut off after a set amount of time, or control them manually with almost no lag. Once set up, they just work. I have replaced all of my other smart plugs with these. I like them so much that I am now replacing my light switches with Kasa smart switches as well. Reliable, simple, and easy to live with.

Reliable Smart Plugs With Tons of Everyday Uses
These Kasa Smart Plug Minis are amazing little smart outlets, and I’ve ended up using them all over the house. We primarily use them for lamps on pre-programmed schedules, which makes the house look and feel occupied even when we’re away. They’ve also been great for seasonal decorations. I have several installed on our front porch (protected from the weather) powering holiday blow-up decorations in the yard, all running automatically on a schedule. One of our favorite uses is on the Christmas tree. Being able to simply ask Alexa to turn the tree on or off is one of those small conveniences that quickly becomes something you don’t want to live without. Setup is easy, reliability has been excellent, and the added features through the app provide a lot of value for the price. These smart plugs are a simple upgrade that genuinely improves everyday life.

Rock-Solid Smart Plug I Keep Coming Back To
I’ve purchased this Kasa smart plug many times, which says a lot about how dependable it’s been for me. Unlike some other brands I’ve tried, these don’t lose their configuration after a power outage, which has been a huge relief in a smart home setup. Setup in the Kasa app is quick and painless, and other smart home platforms recognize them easily without extra work. They’ve been very reliable day to day, and the Kasa service itself has been consistent for me. My only real frustration is that once you have a lot of them, it can be hard to quickly identify which physical plug matches which name in Alexa or other apps. Even with that minor issue, they’re still the smart plugs I trust and keep buying. . What you may care about: • Reliability after power outages (Meets) • Works with multiple smart home platforms (Meets) • Simple setup process (Meets) • Easy to identify individual plugs when you own many (Does Not Meet) • Long-term reliability and repeat-use confidence (Meets)
