Fantastic Product
I was nervous about trying creatine for years and am so glad I found this product. Not only has it increased my recovery time, but it’s also helped my mental clarity and focus. This product has a mild taste and dissolves fairly well. I mix it with my mid morning protein shake and haven’t had any issues with a lingering taste or grit. If it’s mixed with my electrolytes and water for my workout it DOES have a lingering taste and slight grit, but it’s not that big of a deal for me. For dosage, I started with half (2.5g) of the little scoop they give you for 2 weeks, then a full scoop (5g) for about a month before adding a scoop and a half (7.5g) for a month. Now I’m up to 2 scoops (10g) since my workouts have ticked up. I believe my incremental increase is also what helped me tolerate it better than just starting out “all in.”

Not gritty , mixes well
Not sure yet , I will check back in, after a month of use . I can tell you, it mixes well . Doesn’t taste bad or gritty . So far so good . We shall see 🌻

Works!!
I use this most for recovery and energy, this has given me energy in times where I would have normally been tired. Energy and quicker recovery have made going through my days much easier and given me more time to enjoy the day rather than wanting to take naps midday. Awesome product.
