Great Product and Yummy Flavor
Re-Lyte is my go-to product for my kid's medical condition, which requires them to get a healthy dose of salt every day. This product provides an excellent amount of salt and electrolytes, and if my kid needs to add more, everything blends well with it. My kid loves the watermelon lime flavor! The mixed berry is good, too. This product is a primo energy booster that helps keep energy levels up, and it's priced higher than other drinks in the same category. However, I happily pay it for my kid's well-being.

Have purchased this many times. Love the flavor and effectiveness of these electrolytes! The sticks are convenient for travel or for having in a purse or work bag. Never travel without them!

I love this electrolyte drink, it’s the best one I’ve tried so far, it actually feels hydrating and tastes good.

Good flavor
Not super salty tasting, great flavor! It is a tad bit clumsy so shake it well and some of it doesn't dissolve completely and settles on the bottom. Overall I like it though. I have to drink at least 3 a day so I go through a lot and have tried just about every high sodium electrolyte there is.
