There were marks on the dress (as someone else mentioned) and it had loose stitches. The side zip style is probably too difficult for my daughter anyway, but it’s very cute and fit well, so I’d give them another try later.

I have a 11 yrs old and this was perfect for her, I bought a size 18 and they fit very well she’s on the bigger side tho. I love that they have shorts underneath them that’s a plus because sometimes they don’t remember to sit properly.
