I have tried 3 different types of waterless diffusers to use in my home and business and I have to say, I am absolutely in LOVE with the Aromaplan Plug In Waterless Diffuser! It’s quickly become one of my favorite additions to my home and business. Here’s why: It is sleek and compliments my decor without being too big and flashy. Guests always compliment how good my home smells! It couldn't be easier to use; simply fill the oil container with your favorite oil and plug it in. It starts diffusing immediately. This also allows you to buy oils from different vendors to try, where *another diffuser* only uses their overpriced oil containers. The mist disperses evenly and fills the room quickly with whatever fragrance you choose. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. It's not only an affordable way to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy, but a functional device that enchances the atmosphere of my home. If you're considering an oil diffuser, I highly recommend giving this one a try - you won't be disappointed!

The Dubai fragrance is incredible! Fabulous product, easy setup, highly recommend! And I’m headache prone with fragrance - not triggering and can adjust strength. Do it!

This is my 4th and Final update on this product! 3/5/24 The company NEVER followed up, Never Sent a replacement unit. I've emailed them so many times after they said they were going to send me another unit and never did! It's a shame that a company like this would ignore a customer, especially one who wasn't demanding their money back and who was willing to give them another chance! So I guess this is a buy at your own risk purchase! Because if you pass the return date from Amazon, you are screwed, because you will not be able to depend on this company to fix the issue. Looks like they don't stand by their products! Think twice before buying this! _---------------------------------------------------- This will be my 3rd time updating this review (1/24/24) Below you will see my first, as well as my follow up review. After receiving my replacement through Amazon, which by the way I have to say that there customer service is amazing. So the unit was working fine for less than two weeks and than I here this bang on the floor. The until fell from the outlet after I had filled the container with oil. It actually detached from the plug and I had to shut off the electricity from my house to remove the broken plug from the outlet. I immediately contacted the company and after a week they responded, their response was send us your address and order number and we will send a replacement. Here I am more than a month later and have not heard from them again nor have I received any replacement unit from them. Their customer service is horrible! After I gave them an opportunity after the first one, and then was willing to give them another opportunity after this last time and they let me down! They have lost a customer, not only for making a bad product, but for their lack of response and follow up. I bought other products and scents from them, and I guess I'm lucky to not have had issues with their more expensive scent machine, because if they don't follow up with the less expensive one I'm sure they won't for the more expensive one. With that said, for $70 on a product that has had two issues, the last one being a hazard that could have burnt my house down, I will no longer support their products. They lost a loyal customer! _-------------------------- My original review will be at the bottom of this update. So I had contacted the company twice and did not get a response. Thank God for Amazon and being able to return it. However, I wanted to see if I got a bad one.... Well did I? So far I can say yes on so many levels... The first one I received, sprayed a large amount of oil, no matter the setting, it sprayed a lot.... The settings didn't work at all, I think the only setting that worked before it died was the smart setting which allowed the machine to only spray when it was in sunlight, or any light for that matter. Now the replacement I received sprays so much better, more consistent spray, not overbearing like the one I received first. All settings work, and the funny thing is the new one I received my be an updated one, because I mixed up the bottom covers and one didn't fit the other and when I compared them, the newer one was slightly smaller than the first one. So far I'm so happy it works, hopefully it doesn't die on me like the other. -----------------------------------Original Review------------- I bought this one because I love the wifi larger one, however, this one seems to be an epic fail. It's heavy, so when you go to push the on button it will fall off the outlet, so do not place this on an outlet that is too high up. It sprays a lot, which will smell an entire room with no issue, but it sprays so heavy that the oil falls onto the floor and will make the floor slippery. I finally put in on smart mode which will automatically shoot scent once there is sunlight, which is how I found out the hard way of it spraying hard and making the floor slippery. Then, after two weeks, it just stopped working, all of the lights are on, but nothing is working. No sound, as if the pump just died. Now, I have the much larger model, which is fantastic, horrible app, but it definitely scents the entire house! This one, it's beautiful, but bottom heavy once you fill it with oil. I sent an email to the company 5 days ago and still have not heard from them. However, I did request for another to be sent to me through Amazon and I will return the defective one and update if anything is different.

I'm 2 years in with this diffuser, so I thought I'd come here to share my experience with it, along with the scents that can be purchased with it. In short, I love it! I chose the black as I knew it was going to be "hidden" , just underneath a half moon table in my entry way and I didnt want it to stand out. I have always kept it on smart mode, grade 2. This way it isn't over powering, just a pleasant scent when you walk in. Also, Ive found the Large bottle of the Aroma diffuser oil can last nearly 8-9 months this way. It doesn't leave any kind of residue, the sound it makes is a dull hum and it doesn't seem to bother the dogs. The puff cloud it releases does attract curious toddlers though. I try to unplug it and put it up high if we are expecting company. The only real cons I can think of: Do not let it tip over, that precious liquid will get everywhere. Also, refilling the scents can be kind of messy. Somehow the entire inside bottle always has some liquid on it, like a seal is broken or it builds some type of condensation on it. If that makes sense. I always change it in the kitchen, near the sink. Lastly, the scent refills are expensive. But, I try to watch them around Amazon special holidays and etc when they go on sale. And they do, like 3x a year. LOVE White tea, Dubai, Sandal, and 24K Magic. I try to grab 1 or 2 bottles at a time to get me through a year or longer. They also have the combo packs so you can experience small bottles of multiple scents. Hope this helps someone trying to decide on a system right now! Goodluck

I’ve been using the AROMAPLAN Plug in Waterless Diffuser with oils from the Hotels Collection, and overall, I’m pleased with its performance, though there are a few minor drawbacks. Fantastic Scent Distribution: The diffuser does an excellent job of spreading the fragrance evenly throughout the room. I love how my space smells luxurious and inviting thanks to the high-quality oils, and the waterless design makes it mess-free and convenient. Slightly Noisy: One downside is that it’s a bit loud when running. It’s not overwhelming, but it’s noticeable, especially in quieter settings, so keep that in mind if you plan to use it in a bedroom or workspace. No Auto-Off Feature at Night: Unfortunately, I can’t turn mine off at night without physically unplugging it. I would have preferred an option to power it down easily without needing to disconnect it completely. Final Thoughts: Despite the noise and the lack of an off switch, the AROMAPLAN Plug in Waterless Diffuser does a great job of delivering long-lasting fragrance. If you don’t mind manually unplugging it at night, it’s still a solid choice for scenting your home.

Doesn't work for Australia, international plug supplied turns unit upside down

Loving this after owning it for a while now. Have grown accustomed to it so wasn’t sure how effective the scent was being dispersed. When returning from vacation it was really clear how subtle but pleasant the scent was when we came into the house after being away. It’s in our front hallway so the sound doesn’t bother us at all. It’s not too loud and only goes off every little bit. Very happy with this purchase.

In my appartment, it is really effective and give a strong smell. I wish that there where a mode where the product is sprayed less often
