The Upper bulb stopped working
was using once a week only, the upper bulb is not working anymore. it was mentioned that the lifespan is 20000 hours. not satisfied at all.

Purchased one prior from another retailer. Saw this offered on Amazon for a lightning deal and knew I had to purchase for a gift! This is an amazing item that sterilizes anything that can fit inside...keys, phone, makeup brushes, toothbrush, etc. Simple to use, just place the item inside, shut the top and when the cover light goes off the item is ready to be removed. Also allows for you to charge your phone at the same time. It will also clean the phone case as well. Great item that was an award winner at CES in Las Vegas several years ago. Much better than using a wipe that damages your phone screen. Don’t hesitate to get this...

It does exactly as described, charging the phone while inside works fine, the only thing I have a concern on is when closing & opening. It's a very hard closing if you lose grip of the cover, which I fear might blow the bulb in the lid. The lid is very smooth & sometime I find it hard to grip to open especially. It's a very well built unit.

Yes...this thing works as advertised. I was sceptical at first, so I decided to make my own agar plates and swabbed before and after, and I had the result after a few days and it clearly shows that this thing works.
