I’m 5’3 and this thing is a lot bigger than I excepted! I can’t hold the handles I kinda have to hold it underneath.

Good if you’re on the shorter side
I like it - seems durable. If you’re taller than 5’3 I would recommend - the rope is a bit short.

Good for simple exercise
I purchased this jumprope because it was a cheap price. I am short, so I liked the option of adjusting the length of the rope. It takes a little maneuvering to find your right length. I found that when I cut the rope, it started falling apart where I cut it. This made it difficult to put the pieces back on to secure the rope to jump. I had to use tape to make sure the rope would not unravel. It works well when you are jumping and holds a good rotation when using. Just be careful when cutting the rope to your size. I did find that the handle popped off when jumping at high speeds when going down the road, so I had to keep adjusting it. Other than that, this jump rope does it’s job!
