I just started today taking Ultrathurmo. It's giving me energy and it's REALLY cutting my appetite, too!! I'll update later if I notice changes in my weight

This gave me extremely bad headaches even while eating before or after I took it. I do not recommended this product

Can I take some medicine anytime?Do I have to eat before meals or after meals?Doesn't it matter if you eat it without time?

Unlike many here, i purchased these from my own hard earned money. I must say just like the title expresses.... woooooooooow. I had been dieting for a long time jow, eating only once a day without any visible result.I ordered these, started taking 2 pills on Friday 18 November 2016 at night... could not sleep all night long. Slept from 7am to 11am on Saturday, weighed myself and half a kilo were gone. Could not believe it. So thought i would give it a bit more time...Today Monday 21 November 2016, i am down 2kgs... without any effort. I hope this will keep on working the same way for me and i won't be plateauing... Did not really believe at first but now... no complains. When i reach down 10kgs then i will know i am actually losing fat. Meanwhile i am still very much impressed. In terms of energy levels I just feel so recharged...[Update 26Feb2017] As promised, this is my 10Kgs down update. I have been on and off (more off than on actually) the pills in the last 3 months and I believe it does help me. I have gone down 10Kgs now which I attribute to the pills because all the same efforts I was making before were not yielding any results and now they do. I have a lot to of weight to lose, and will continue until I shed them all :-). This will be my last update.I recommend this.

I have returned this shipment because my Doctor (internist) recommended that I other add any more supplements since I am already taking a similar product.
