Hantek DSO2D15 Digital Oscilloscope 2CH 1GSa/S Storage Economical Oscilloscope 150MHZ Bandwidth Handheld with Signal Source

This is my first scope so I am unable to give a technical review, but from a n00b/novice perspective who wants a cheap scope for hobbyist purposes, I would recommend this. An hour or two of fumbling and I've pretty much learned how to navigate and manipulate it without refering to the destructions. I tested with a simple arduino PWM controller and a music synthesizer and it seems to be accurate enough, at least for my needs. I did buy a second set of probes (it only comes with one, despite being a 2 channel scope). It comes with a pulse source for calibrating the probes, which is very useful. Need a hobbyist scope, or a simple scope to get you started? I'd recommend this in a heart beat.

I was looking for a reasonably priced oscilloscope for an electronics project. I knew even the basic ones were expensive but this one is great value for all the features it has. Most of what I'm still working out what they do!! I've not experienced any issues at all and would highly recommend! Regarding the one set of probes that it is advertised as coming with... my one came with two. I'm not sure if they have started shipping them with two now or I just got lucky but not complaining! Very happy!

I am very happy with this scope! I'm an engineer and whilst I haven't owned a scope at home for years I have used some very high end scopes at work. This is not a high end scope, the software is laggy on changing settings. I have not compared it real time so can't comment on it's performance directly but when looking at complex modulated signals I never have the suspicion of loosing edges or transient responses. What I will say is that the additional functions such as decoders are fantastic. If you are thinking of buying this for general home use buy it - and do yourself a favour but the one with the inbuilt function generator! If you need a really high end scope this may not be for you but for the rest of us it's great!

Great build quality and nice to use

I brought this oscilloscope about a month ago and to date I've not had a problem with it! I've tried numerous configurations and the results have been as expected! I believe it to be well worth the low price for the spec!

Bought as my first scope, but very happy with it. Seems to do everything I need and is easy to use. Doesn't feel cheap and looks good on the bench too. Definitely happy with the purchase.

So far the device seems ok however it clearly isn’t brand new or at least the cables are not in fact there are some parts missing .

Not used in anger yet, but impressive and useful help function and self-test process. Some basic readings taken and performance as expected

Non sono molto esperto l ho comprato per fare un po' di misure in campo audio, a scopi moltooo hobbistici, la scelta è caduta su questo prodotto dopo varie riflessioni, è un apparecchio dotato di molte funzioni con ampia disponibilità di livelli di misurazioni, forse anche sovradimensionato per i miei scopi, ma lo consiglio perche sembra molto robusto e ben realizzato. Su internet trovate anche un forum di tecnici dedicato con una miriade di soluzioni per un eventuale hacking del so e per upgrade del firmware ecc. Mi riservo di dare ulteriori giudizi in futuro. Unica pecca che dalle descrizioni qui su Amazon sembra che abbia il generatore di segnale in realta pur avendo il tasto la funzione è disabilitata ed è attiva solo per i modelli che terminano con d10 e d15....Accessori ok
