Purchased it for my foot pain as I read in an article on how to dissolve bone spurs. I had service pain when I took my first steps in the morning and used a cane for those first steps, but not anymore!

With osteoporosis I use this item on a regular basis. I would recommend it to others!

These are a great calcium supplement but the cost is too high. As bad as I hate to, going to have to switch brands.

This might be a little expensive, but I decided to test this out. As a post menopausal women, I took this for 9 months before my(every two year) bone density test was due.I’m happy to report I had enough improvement not to start the intravenous treatments that so many women undergo.

I took this product as suggested, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, but I developed constipation. I then reduced to dose to 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, but that didn't help the constipation. So I decided to reduce the dose to 1 in the morning. The constipation hasn't improved. I wanted this to work for me because I have bone spurs in several joints in my body, but sadly it hasn't worked for me.
