Definitely need to use a punch down tool to install. Tried it without one and wasted a lot of time! Works great once you use the right tool!

The image helps with the wiring and with a punch down tool it made it easy to install.Make sure you feed your cable through the plate as it clips in from the outside.

Perfect fit to a standard surface mount back box
Excellent - very standardised. Decent build quality, and really easy to punch-in for my Cat6 wiring. This Cat6 is spec'ed at 1G but I'm now getting as close to 10g as my hardware can support having dropped a 6A line straight from my homelab server to my media center.
