If you are wanting to track weight loss, body fat, muscle mass, and more, this is the perfect scale. It allows you to download an app. Set up is easy and results are downloaded immediately. Very easy to use. I have found the numbers to be accurate and very beneficial throughout my exercise regimen, allowing me to see if I am building muscle mass. It also allows you to see comparisons of prior, weights and measurements. I am very happy with this scale and would recommend it to everyone.

This scale offers so much info that it’s easy to see the whole picture of the things I need to work on for my health to get better. The app is easy to use and can be used by everyone in the house (4 in ours)! Love that the info is stored and tracked.

I always look at the products that Amazon recommends, and has the most Positive Stars= people/customers Love It. So I went with this WeGuard scale and it's a scale from the Future... It's unbelieve that it reads sooo many of my vitals, including my Heart Rate !!! The old Fitbit only read my weight at over 5 times the cost of this excellent WeGuard Scale. Don't waste your time, if you're looking for a scale to weight your self with a record keeping app, buy This scale, you'll thank me, I guarantee it !!

I like the ability to compare from a previous measurement. Definitely makes me realize I need to hydrate better. Multi user friendly. My doctor also uses this scale.

The features that come with this scale are amazing.

I purchased this to replace an old mechanical scale that had an accuracy of something like +/- 5 pounds. This is a good digital scale. It measures consistently from day to day and is easy to read. The unit itself has good weight; it is heavy enough that it is very stable. The top is glass/glassy and easy to clean with windex and a paper towel. If you want the additional features, the app is there. I like that I didn't have to set up an account with personally identifiable information. More documentation on the meaning and use of all the measurements and calculations the app provides would be helpful. You don't need the app to use the scale. Price is similar to other models, a good deal for $20ish dollars.
