I don't do a lot of reviews but this product is worth mentioning. My supply was not horrible but it needed a boost and this supplement worked almost instantly. It's only day two, and my milk production has already increased. It's definitely worth trying if you are struggling with your supply! UPDATED REVIEW: While this worked very well for me very quickly, it seems to be affecting my baby in a bad way with increased gassiness and even a loss of appetite because of being uncomfortable with her tummy. I plan to cut back the amount I take and see if that works for us.

Hi everyone I am 8 months postpartum and struggling with milk supply. I have try different products but nothing seems working! Finally I heard about this product and give it a try. I read most people saw results in their milk production within 2 days of taking, what a miracle! This is my 4 day and still not seeing results… what am I doing wrong? Besides I pump I do breastfeed my son. I will update my review as soon as I see results and how long it took. Just and updated I did not see any change or increase in my milk supply. If you are vieweing this review, I know you are an anxious mommy who wants to improve the milk supply.I got my periods 4 months postpartum and supply dipped drastically.I was struggling to meet 4oz after 4hrs+ in between pumps. After great hesitation I wanted to try this first over the liquid gold as this one is fenugreek free. After around 2 days of taking this, my milk supply slowly has increased. The breasts are now feeling fuller again which I could not earlier. Huge thanks to this product’s makers. I am now able to pump 8-9oz with 4-5 hrs gap between pumps. This has led me to save some in freezer for future use. This worked for me.Goodluck to you. Pros: 1. Increases milk supply 2. Makes the milk more creamier. It looks like store bought cow’s milk Cons: 1. Many people have told about gassiness in babies. My baby did not have any unusual gas after I started on this. But I do have some gassiness and farts smell awful. Note: I am also taking oatmeal for breakfast which might hv contributed to milk supply.Also I take 8-9 toasted garlic pods to deal with the gas.Not sure if they contribute to the above result.

I really wanted to love this, especially since it’s fenugreek-free and organic, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. I took the full dosage (6 capsules a day) for two weeks and saw zero increase in my supply. If anything, I felt like my output actually dipped slightly. Worse than the lack of results was the stomach cramping. It made both me and my baby incredibly gassy and fussy. I know every body is different, but for the high price point, I expected at least some improvement. It was a lot of pills to swallow every day for a very disappointing result. I'll be looking for a different blend that is gentler on the stomach. Why this is a common 2-star experience: • No Supply Change: Lactation supplements work differently for every body; some moms see a huge jump while others see none. • Digestive Upset: While it lacks fenugreek, ingredients like Alfalfa or Goat's Rue can still cause gas or bloating in sensitive moms and babies. • Price vs. Value: Since one bottle only lasts about 10 days at the maximum dose, users are often frustrated if they don't see results within that first week.

This decreased my supply, won’t recommend this to anyone. Herbal products should not have adverse effects if not helping.

Disminuyó de 6oz a 1-2oz por sesión al segundo dia de probarlo!!! Ahora solo consigo 5 o 6 oz en total de tooodo el dia! Terrible! :( Le pongo una estrella por que no lo puedo puedo dejar en blanco!
