Hello I'd like to help those that are unsure of this product as a whole. Being in the nursing for the elderly and have quite a few year under my belt this will be a open and honest review and opinion. Firstly and most importantly note the price it's cheap because they are cheaply affordable and it is true I can confirm no medical certificates are applied to the product in general and would discourage people having been through surgery even looking at these they will not suite your purpose in this case. However for those that push themselves or struggle with leg,calf or ankle pains or all 3 combined like myself there is a glimmer of hope now as I remarked they are not medical in any way and must be viewed as such that being said for a person that was needing quick assistance to be able to remain on my feet this will suite your purpose only to I fear they streach out of shape over time with use but you must keep pricing in mind. Also if your a guy like myself who's a man and thinks these look female in terms of use as in the picture a woman is modeling them in her undys try not be put of the fact they can and will assist you I confirm in my using the leg pains after just putting them on is non existent tablet pain relief free as of right this second as I type this review but I remain in the knowledge these are in no way legally medical in terms of use think more work or sport in use less heal any surgery wounds because the best way to explain is shortest possible detail think bed ridden elderly that requires tighning of the leg muscles to stand of there own leg power and you will see a use there or perhaps people that just push themselves and need a crutch to squeeze a little more out of there legs they may help you also because actual medical grade types of these fetch a high price and usually sold with one stocking for that purpose I'm only to happy to rebuy when these ware out and don't function no more. As I see a benefit for my own personal use others may have different opinions. Key point for gentlemen make sure to know your full leg measurements or have a understanding if you are toned in leg muscles you may want to size one up or if large toning X2 sizes up. As you'd not want to put a Chinese finger trap on your leg and fight to get it off again. I hope it helps either with your decision again not for medical use if it doesn't state it it's not for that purpose. But it can help calm aching leg muscles with circulation and such won't completely take it away it depends on your pain tolerance bare that in mind I got full relief but could be very different for yourself.

It is comfortable and helped me a lot in relieving my leg pain

Purchased for my wife as she stands a lot during the day with work. Certainly helpful, however purchased because they stated allows perspiration to escape and in theory means the legs are not going to become hot and itch. Unfortunately that's not the case and causes some degree of discomfort as a result, thus she wears them for an hour or so, then forced to remove them. Impossible stand for several hours.
