Best brand I've tried
They haven't fixed all my problems or anything but there is definitely improvement when I take them consistently. This brand specifically I like because its a reasonable price and the capsules are a good size, not difficult to swallow at all. There are no side effects as far as I can tell and absolutely no flavor unpleasant or otherwise.

Packaging, Seal, Pill Count Perfect
I was slightly concerned about manufacturing quality control after reading a few negative reviews. Packaging and seal were perfect, exactly 180 capsules counted in the bottle, zero broken capsules or loose product in the bottle as I've occasionally experienced with various capsules and brands. Sample size of one, so take it for what it's worth. Just received these and haven't taken any yet so no comment on effectiveness yet.

Consistent and Available
I have a genetic inability to produce folic acid on my own so these are a must for me. Tried a few others and these tick the right boxes. They are consistent, not terribly expensive, and available when I need to buy them. Not sure what a five star review would take for these, but they do the thing they say they do and they stay fresh for as long as it takes me to consume them. They don’t upset my stomach and they are as easy to swallow as any other gel cap supplement. Two thumbs up!

Huge difference
Taking vitamins and even minerals didn't have an affect on me. I've tried for a couple of decades and wasted so much money but this has finally done it! Even taking in more natural sources of these things didn't help until my doctor told me to try this!
