Creamy formula is decently pigmented. It can smudge, but doesn't easily migrate, you do have to rub it firmly to move it. Mine are labeled as eye and lip pencils, and the formula does work as either. I even experimented with using a shade all over the eyelid as a shadow, which worked OK, and I really liked the dramatic blue color. These are fun to play around with and well worth the price I paid for them. They are a great way to experiment with bold colors to see what you like.

Vibrant, bright colors for eyeliner. On arrival, the container said use for lip and eyeliner. These arrive too late for me to include in the Samaritans purse Christmas boxes and I wasn’t sure of the quality the colors are very bright so would probably work for those who enjoy eyeliner.

Beautiful colors pretty easy to apply

beautiful creamy liners. Pigmented. The box says they are twist up and retractable and no need to sharpen. That is incorrect. The do not twist up. Other than that they are just as described. You will need to sharpen them. Once you remove from box they do not fit back in the box neatly.

The colors are great and vibrant! I wasn't able to twist them though so more of the pencil would come out... I used one color for some face painting for Halloween and can't use that color anymore.

The description is misleading, both here on Amazon and on the box of the product: 1. It is not waterproof. Rinses off easily 2. It is not smudge free, rubs off within a second wit a finger. 3. It is neither retractable nor possible to sharpen with the sharpener. The only crayon you get- is the tip you see when you open the lid. That's it. Less than 1cm of crayon. Yes, it's cheap and colors are nice, but I have never seen a less worthy product.
