Very strong aftertaste
I don't particularly like raspberry flavour, but thought taking one of these immediately before eating would be OK. Wrong. To make matters worse, a short bout of hiccups six hours later tasted very strongly of raspberry. I had to stop taking them. If you like the taste of raspberries then these tablets are probably fine.

Really good if combined with green tea
So I've lost 3st over 1 year if combined with green tea on there own not so good but brilliant together as weight loss I feel more energetic and I now have the energy to work out definitely worth it but trust me combine them

Has a nice clean kick
I’ve been taking this daily for three months and I have lost 6kilos. Nice and steady, the silver lining here is that I take one first thing in the morning and I’m clear headed and refreshed for the day about an hour sooner than usual of a morning. I take another around lunch time and the afternoon goes by without fatigue and I’m feeling great.
