I have this on subscription for two reasons: I pump probiotics after years on antibiotics to help rebuild gut health and this is a great option especially if you are traveling. So much easier to deal with than pills or liquid. Can be added to pretty much anything. A word of caution to those who take pre or probiotics - don’t expect the desired results if you take it in something that contains sugar. It counteracts the benefits. So, all those yogurts with sweetner and probiotics don’t provide the same effect. I hate that too because I am in love with Greek God Honey Yogurt but I use it as an ice cream substitute and get my probiotics from this. After 3 procedures in 18 months, the precancerous tumors in my ICV did not grow back and I was able to avoid removal of my ICV and resection of my small intestine to large intestine. (I know TMI but that is a serious procedure with life long effects including losing the ability to absorb nutrients, and that is the least of the physical side effects). Health has many aspects but, as I was told, good health starts in your gut. Losing weight, mindfulness in choosing food and supplements is so important especially if you, like me, were prescribed long-term antibiotics. Apologies, if I’m preaching but changing my diet, getting rid of almost all sugar (replace with good local honey which is a medicinal food), and going non-gmo & organic has healed a non alcoholic fatty liver, rosacea, and other inflammatory issues and helped me lose 72 pound without exercise. (Exercise is recommended but wasn’t possible due to injuries). So, I had to approach it from a different angle. This product is a go-to item.

These are my favorite probiotics. They dissolve nicely in my iced coffee and have zero taste. I love that they come in pre-measured little sticks as well.

It's important to take a daily probiotic for immune system health, good digestion and also for healthy mood. I've taken many probiotics and this one is different than many because it comes in powder form instead of pills. It's easy to drink and has no flavor, so I have it in water or sometimes iced green tea. I took one star off because the powder sometimes takes a bit of effort to dissolve, but other than that it is great. Packets are convenient because they are very easy to travel with or take to work. Also very important to make sure you take it after a meal.
