These help my snail stay healthy.

Love them, they are needed for the shells on my snails to stay healthy in my freshwater fish tanks. Only thing is, I miscalculated how small they really were. Maybe a picture with a coin next to the product would help a client in a rush to order...Otherwise came in quick and as ordered so I will order from this vendor in the future. No issues with my order in anyway I am very pleased.

Both my Narite Snails have survived over the year with this product. Recommend the 30 shell package for cost relief.

I'm usually skeptical about products like this. There was another product with the same good reviews and that turned out useless. But this actually worked. My mystery snails are cute adorable little hard-workers (and if I'm honest they're now in the top 3 of my favorite tank pets). I love feeding them when they're at the surface and watch them go mlem mlem mlem mlem mlem across the glass. They were fine but I wanted to keep them happy too. A day after I put one of these in a tank the little buggers seemed to have perked up. I didn't expect it, but they moved around a lot more and even started playing with each other (possibly mating). As for clearing up water, I think it helps some.. I keep my tanks fairly clean so I can't really tell if it cleared the water. But it makes my snails happy so I'm definitely going to keep buying these as calcium supplements as long as they are affordable. They last a good amount of time depending on tank size and water changes. I place new ones in as soon as they old ones turn pea-size.

Works great for hardening the aquarium water for my Mystery Snails, they even chew on it once in a while.
