Clean, Convenient, and Cost-Effective Creatine
This is hands-down one of the most convenient and effective creatine supplements I’ve used. No mess, no taste—just results. 💊 Micronized Capsules for Easy Dosing Each capsule contains 750mg of micronized creatine monohydrate. As shown in the product description on page 1, the bottle contains 500 capsules, delivering 125 servings—perfect for long-term use without restocking constantly. No measuring powder, no shaker bottle residue. 🧴 No Taste, No Texture Hassle The capsule format is a game-changer for anyone tired of gritty shakes or unflavored powders that ruin drinks. It’s completely tasteless and doesn’t cause bloating or stomach discomfort, which is echoed in customer reviews on page 5. 💪 Third-Party Tested and GMP Compliant According to the image panel on page 2, the product is made in a GMP-compliant facility and is third-party tested. That gives me peace of mind about quality and purity—especially when taking it daily. ✅ Pros: 750mg of micronized creatine per capsule 500-count bottle offers long-term value No taste or gritty residue Easy to use and travel with Third-party tested for safety ❌ Cons: You need to take 3–4 capsules per serving to hit the 3–5g daily dose, but it’s a fair trade for the convenience Overall: This Nutricost creatine hits the sweet spot of value, purity, and convenience. It’s ideal for athletes, lifters, or anyone focused on strength and performance. Highly recommend for anyone who prefers capsules over powder.

Convenient, Clean, and Effective — Creatine Without the Mess
I’ve been taking creatine for years, and while the powdered form is popular, it’s not always the most convenient. This capsule version from Nutricost totally solves that. No more clumpy scoops, weird tastes, or gritty shakes—just pure creatine in an easy-to-take format. Pros: Micronized and Smooth: The creatine is micronized, so even though it’s in capsules, it absorbs well. No bloating, no stomach discomfort, and no powder sticking to your shaker cup. Great Dosage Flexibility: Each capsule has 750mg of creatine monohydrate. I like that I can easily scale my dosage up or down depending on my training intensity or off days without having to scoop or weigh anything. Massive Supply: 500 capsules = 125 servings. This is a great value for anyone taking creatine daily. One bottle will last months, even if you’re cycling it. No Additives or Fillers: It’s pure creatine monohydrate, no fluff. Nutricost is a brand I’ve come to trust for clean supplements. Convenient for Travel: If you’ve ever tried taking powdered creatine through TSA or while camping, you’ll immediately appreciate these capsules. They’re portable and hassle-free. Cons: You Need to Take Multiple Capsules: For a standard 3g dose, you’ll need to take four capsules. Not a big deal, but some people might prefer fewer pills. Large Capsules: If you struggle swallowing pills, just be aware these are decent-sized. Still easier than scooping dry powder into your mouth though. Final Thoughts: This is a solid choice for anyone who wants the proven benefits of creatine without the mess of powder. Whether you're an athlete, bodybuilder, or just trying to improve overall strength and endurance, Nutricost’s capsule form delivers clean, effective creatine in a super convenient way.

As described and easy to take. 4 a day
I’ve been taking these for a few days. They’re an off-white color and the capsules are fairly large—about the size of a typical fish oil pill—but they’re easy to swallow. So far, no bloating or stomach upset, but I make sure to drink lots of water while taking them, which I think is important. They don’t have much taste, which is fine since you swallow them quickly without chewing. The quality seems solid, and they dissolve well in my stomach without any issues. The recommended dosage is four a day. I spread mine out at 8 AM, 12 PM, 4 PM, and 8 PM, but you can adjust to whatever works for you. No loading phase needed—just be consistent with the four-a-day routine and plenty of water. Conclusion: These capsules are easy to take, effective, and gentle on the stomach. A solid option if you want a consistent daily supplement.

Good Creatine
Used this for a couple years and have only paused due to pregnancy - will start back up afterwards! Good value for money, I didn’t want to buy the most expensive creatine but have still been able to achieve the same results. I’d say it’s good quality, I can’t taste it both when in capsule form or when i sometimes pour it out into my shakes. It mixes well if you have one of those small hand blenders.

.75 g per capsule, 4 capsules is 3g, u need 6.66 capsules for a 5g serving, that makes 500 less than 100 days worth. oh well will use em but wish there was a 3g or 2.5g capsule
