It isn't sticky, cakey or oily and leaves your lips feeling so moisturized and smooth! It's also a beautiful color (I am quite pale with some freckles on my cheeks and nose, somewhat thinner lips, and blue gray eyes) and, as the name suggests, can be made more vibrant with additional coats. Overall, this is probably some of the best balm I've ever used.
