Works great, not sticky, long lasting

The grip is great for pole dancing. Not too sticky but grippy enough for inverts or days that feel extra humid or sweaty. If I just apply one tiny bit I can still get a good spin on static pole and slide up and down the pole freely without skin getting stuck. It does leave a white residue on my hands pretty quickly which is why I'm only leaving 4 stars. Can also be quite drying to the skin even though I always try to wash it off thoroughly after using.

This stuff is probably great for weight lifting or rock climbing but I feel like they use the same formula as the pole dancing one. Sorry but pole dancing is supposed to loot hot and elegant and the completely white hands ruins that. But most of all, the point of pole grip is to be able to easily grip the pole. This stuff makes it so slippery and worse actually. This company needs to stick with the other sporty stuff they are trying to because this is a terrible product for pole dancing

Ive tried this one first and then dry hands second. This one ended up not being as good as dry hands. It’s still does a good job but I would have to keep reapplying. My hands got sweaty too quickly.

I use this for barbell/ dumbbell workouts. Just a little drop provides excellent grip.

Love it, not messy at all works perfect for deadlifting.

Honestly I'm not sure? I don't think it's a bad product! I have been Pole Dancing for 11 years and I am a avid Dry Hands User for 10 of those. With that being said.... As far as the grip goes it was a 50/50 for me. Sometimes I think its awesome and sometimes it doesn't feel like it's helping me grip at all. It's great when my hands are clammy & I use it the 1st time in a session, but once it comes to reapplying no help. This could totally be my hands! I do have to say the one thing I truly do not like is that it leaves my Palms white like I am gloved like a Mime! Haha! No biggie if I'm at the studio teaching or practicing but a big NO if I'm preforming!

I like this product it does the job and makes your hands dry but at the same time letting you do your spins and grips. Just want I needed glad it doesn’t leave the sticky stuff on the pole

Very satisfied, I’ve used dry hands for pole dancing for years, this is comparable and very good alternative. Update: I ordered the original grip with two bottles because I wanted more, thought it would be the same but it is very different from the dancing grip. Still giving 5 stars because the dancing grip is great for pole dancing just don’t do the same mistake I did and order original grip. It does smell really good though! I’ll be ordering the dance grip again.
