How are these in comparison to Torrid leggings? I wear a size 4 in those im debating if i need to size up to a 5 in these?

I’m a size 3 in Torrid’s non athletic leggings and went for a 4 and they were too big.

Can anyone tell me what this fabric feels like?? Is it cotton or more like a spandex feeling?

It is more on the spandex side, and doesn't feel like cotton. I am able to slide my phone into the side pockets easily.

I have a large cell phone galaxy note 10 plus. Will the pocket be big enough for it?
