Las deje por un par de meses y note la diferencia, cuando las retome y comence a sentir alivio otra vez despues de una semana. TURMERIC has lots of rumored benifits some have been studied scientifically to be totally objective, not for sure if this works, but a Stage 4 cancer survivor has used this and other Turmeric off and on for maybe 4 years, when not using white blood cells spiked up, to cause a switch in Chemo? I liked the price for this product and the mg of ginger, turmeric and bioperine per capsule--make sure to check that because that's how other brands get you to pay more for the same mgs. I noticed my ME symptoms (fatigue/joint pain) were always better after I ate homemade curries, so started using these. It's hard to say if they really help me since I have so many disorders and symptoms that flare after exertion and other triggers, but for the price and any bit of relief I'll definitely keep taking them. Turmeric is a known anti-inflammatory, the science is confirmed, so for me, these make a lot of sense to take.
