It is very easy to clean so I use it instead of a plate sometimes after cooking to save the washing up. It works great when serving meats as the rivets on the sides catch all the juices before they flow onto the table or countertop, and the other side is great for making a cheeseboard with crackers as the crumbs that fall land in the lowered section making it so easy to clean up afterwards as they’re all in one place. Such a beautiful cutting board, it is so handy to be able to serve on this as well as chop. It is very easy to clean so I use it instead of a plate sometimes after cooking to save the washing up.
