This is the second time I have purchased. Easy to use coverage is exact 18.75 square ft. I painted decking boards 60"x 5.5" will cover total of "8". I recommend using a brush that can be thrown away. I used a 2" all purpose polyester brush $2.99. Depending on how long project takes you might need a spare brush the paint does stiffen quickly. Cannot leave brush to come back later. Do project within an hour. If not brush will not be flexible or pliable. ( have a spare brush). I have cleaned a brush but it was very difficult to get all of the the product out of brush. The foam disposable brushes DO NOT WORK WELL! To do one quarter of a board resulted in using 2 foam brushes leaving a third heavy and crumbled. The foam becomes heavy and comes off the stick. Creating a huge mess. I have also used a small portion of can and if you make sure rim is clean clear of paint and put lid on with a hammer to assure it is closed I have gone back 6 months later and paint was useable not hard no problems ease of use as if just purchased. I've used before I actually used wrong wood and after 4 months the previous wood that I painted was great no mold no rotting. The product held up well exactly as advertised. I have applied and temp dropped to 45 degrees no problem. The picture shows proper wood. Painting front and back to avoid replacing wood again. The value of not having to replace wood especially when it will be touching ground on my ramp. Time and money a huge money saver! Hope this helps.

Got this for my mom’s screened in porch, which was taking in some water in one corner. We applied it to the exterior of the problem area and it worked! Now that corner stays dry during rain storms.

Product works as it should, but it can be brought cheaper

I used Flex Seal Liquid (Clear, 16 oz) on my patio, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. I had some hairline cracks and areas where water would pool after rain, and this product sealed everything up perfectly. Application was super easy. It goes on smooth and levels out nicely, creating a strong, flexible rubber coating that blends in since it’s clear. It sealed the patio without making it look tacky or overly glossy, and now I don't have to worry every time it rains. Highly recommend if you need a waterproof, flexible sealant that actually lives up to the hype!

Great product, works just like the description said it would. Plus a great value and price.

I like the effectiveness of this brush in Flexseal. I used it to put a protective coating on the feet of some outdoor wicker furniture that I have sitting in the yard on grass. It dries clear with a faint gloss. Now, my advice is to try to buy the smallest container you anticipate needing. Once opened you can forget it lasting. I sealed mine with a layer of interior plastic, another layer under the cover, and tapped down the cover, then bagged the entire can. I went to use it again 3 months later, it was a solid chunk of rubber. I had expected maybe a skin but….
