It is solid, well-made, and the locking wheels are great. The instructions are easy to follow, and it takes about 20 minutes to set it up. My only issue is that the description I read said all the tools were included, but I needed a 3/4" wrench to properly secure the wheels onto the cart. Normally, that's not a problem except that I was not building it at home, so I had to buy a wrench.
