A Hands Free Walk
This is the best waist/hip band that I've purchased. In the past I've bought water bottle holders and cross bags. Some carry my phone nicely, but not my water bottle, some are great for my water bottle, but not my phone. This one holds my phone, water bottle, case for my earbuds, and lip balm! It adjustable so it fits comfortably over whatever I'm wearing.

Perfect for low key exercising and everyday use.
It’s works perfect for me. I started walking 5ks this year and this holds everything I need plus my water bottle. It sits perfectly on my lower back and is comfortable to wear. I hifhlu recommend this pack!

Great for short run
The bottle holder can hold most 500ml bottle. The two pockets are convenient but are slightly small. I can put some small snacks during running and just about my phone but the pocket won't hold more. Overall still pretty good and useful! Works well for short run when I don't need to carry too many stuff with me!

Great for keys, phone, and water bottle daily and comfortable
I use this every day on my walks whether I bring a water bottle or not. It does fit most water bottles, including my coconut water in the cardboard pack that I will bring occasionally. Great to fit my phone and keys and I like that I can wear it in front or behind and it’s fairly comfortable. Easy to use and adjust.

Good quality, too big for smaller frames
I got this to replace a Nathan small bag that won't fit my excessively leg cell phone. Well, my phone fits in this bag, and the straps are good with nice securing things for extra strap length. Con: This bag is waaaaayyyy too big for my 5'4" (about 130lb) frame on jogs. There is extra material fairly high where the water bottle goes. This material runs my arm or I have to stick my arms out while running or set low on my hip where it ends up bouncing. Its unbalanced if I move bottle section to center of my back as then the phone is on a weird spot on my hip.

Nice Little Belt
This running belt is really nice. My wife's water bottle fits well, and the two pockets are nice to have compared to her old one. She mentioned that her water bottle doesn't bounce much as she walks, and the belt stays put - something that was an issue for her old one. She just got this belt yesterday, and said that she'll adjust the rating after more of its use.

Good for dog walks
Did not use this for running. I used this when I walk my dog. The bottle holder is to carry water for my dog, not me. Pros: Water bottle holder. Slots fit keys/pepper spray/lip balm/dog treats. Good material/sturdy. Cons: Will not fit large cell phones. Bulky, not recommended for thin people. Difficult to adjust strap while you are wearing it. I personally will never run with this waist belt. It's too bulky and feels like extra weight after putting in all your stuff. For walking, it will do. It gets 5 stars because it met all my needs for walking my dog.

Just what I needed
This waist pack is exactly what I needed! It's lightweight, comfortable, and the perfect size to hold my phone, keys, and a few small essentials without being bulky. The material feels durable, and the zippers are smooth. I use it for walks and hikes, and it stays put without bouncing. Highly recommend it!
