This is a well made, high quality product with a strong clip. I loved the packaging- it made me feel like I had just walked out of a small, local store with a new treasure instead of buying from an Amazon warehouse. I bought two barrettes on the same order. The other one held my hair well but this one kept slipping out. I think there are different sizes available, so in my next purchase I will look for a smaller size .

The barrette is lighter than I anticipated. Yet, it is strong and sturdy. Very beautiful craftsmanship. I love it! I cannot wait to wear it! Will update if necessary. I doubt I'll have to though. I'm in love! I recommend this to all your horse-loving family members. Or treat yourself to a lovely piece of hair jewelry. ❤️🐎
