Every dandruff shampoo stops working for me after a few weeks this is the one that works amazing, no itchiness and almost completely get rid of the flakes. Ive been using it for over 2 years, smells bad and leaves my hair dry so I recommend using conditioner afterwards

This shampoo has helped my scalp in only a few uses. I’m a hairdresser and have tried so many products for scalp issues and finally tried this one and am so greatful. I used it 3 times in a row make sure to leave on 5 minutes then used only once a week for maintenance and am having no idea with my sebaceous dermatitis. The only issue is how awful it smells. I used anther shampoo after to hide the smell otherwise fantastic for getting the scalp clean and under control.

Smells terrible like moth balls, but it's a great product. I pair it with a scalp massager followed by two subsequent washes with tea tree oil shampoo as well as fortifying shampoo to replenish moisture and rid of the smell. Works amazingly.

I read the reviews about the bad smell and honestly can’t say it’s that bad! It doesn’t linger and it smells like medicine. In order for it to work you have to use it several times but now my dandruff is gone. I can recommend it , be aware of the smell and tbe prepared to wash your hair like 5 times with this but then it works!

I suffer from severe dry scalp/flakiness almost like psoriasis. I would use any other shampoo to alleviate my scalp and clear out it out and nothing worked. I spent so much money on shampoos and even went to a dermatologist and not even the dermatologist prescribed medication and treatments worked like this shampoo worked on me. This shampoo removed almost everything from my scalp on first use. Definitely a PLUS!! For months I’ve been suffering and this shampoo has given me hope. The smell is a little strong, yes, but it took away the itchiness and removed that strong and stubborn white stuff out of my scalp. Love it.

The shampoo works, but it's not a permanent solution. I washed my hair every day for 20 days straight with this shampoo and the dandruff disappeared, but when I reduced the frequency to three times a week, the dandruff came back! In addition, the scent isn't very pleasant; it smells like medicinal herbs. But I suppose it might be useful for a temporary fix.

Best smelling without being too strong of a scent. Has the most natural ingredients. I've tried them all. I've used coal tar shampoo regularly for over 20 years to control Psoriasis on my scalp and other places, it's the only thing that works for me. All the other shampoos have a stong "grandpa smell" as my girlfriend puts it. They also have way more nasty chemicals. This is the only one I've found without all that and a very nice light smell. This is the best. I've tried them all. Very happy with it.
