a friend, with a much higher IQ than mine (which isn't that hard to beat) recommended this Reishi mushroom extract. He recommended it mainly for general "well-being" and energy (no, there's no buzz feeling) but also for insomnia, which i have. By the third day, i noticed my sleep pattern was improved 100% - falling asleep much quicker and no tossing or turning etc in my sleep, and waking up relaxed, much much more so than before. The crazy part, i've got bad arthritis in my neck, with limited movement to the right or left, ie to see to either side i would move my whole upper body, but the arthritis was so bad, that if i slept on my left side, i would wake up with an extremely stiff neck and it was painful to lift my head off the pillow. BY THE 3RD DAY OF TAKING THIS Medhi Reishi extract, that became history - i can turn my head nearly 90-95% to either side (there's still some pain going further than that) and now when i wake up after sleeping on my left side, there's no stiffness, no pain, no nothing. I also took it as he had recommended it for PSA levels, ie prostate issues - that i won't know until my next visit to the urologist. There's also a general feeling of "well being" - not sure how to explain it, not any kind of euphoria, just feeling better, more energetic, like i've lost 15-20 years off my age. Will definitely be buying more. Thought i'd come back and report one more benefit i noticed - i'm still taking one packet or 1000mg a day. I've got extremely poor circulation in my legs (at 68 yrs old) and at night, the wife likes to keep the A/C low - so much so i'm cold in bed. Up until i started taking this reishi extract my legs were like ice when one leg would touch the other. Now i'm noticing my legs warm up much faster and can only attribute that to better circulation. fwiw

This was introduced to me by my cousin who lives in Thailand. I'm in the US and would not have come across this product if it wasn't for her sharing her experience with me online. It's a great product. I bought all 3 packages. I slept so good last night after taking this with dinner. Packaging is beautiful but could be a bit smaller. I just pour it in a hot glass of water with tea or this morning I mixed it in with my coffee and it was great. Going forward, I just might replace my coffee with this. If I don't get a headache coming off of coffee, I'd totally replace caffeine with this mushroom any day.

We add it to our coffee every morning and thoroughly enjoy the taste and benefits associated with this product. Highly recommended!

It is good but there is cheaper in the market with the same quality and higher content

I love this product so far it has really helped my body to deal with stress! Been taking it for a week now and I see a significant difference on my mood and attitude. Definitely going to buy it again and I highly recommend this to everyone. I have never felt this way in a long time. I am really satisfied and happy with the results.

It's not really what I was expecting but it will do. I can no longer find the Reishi in the jar that I've been using. This one comes in little packets. They won't last as long as the jar which lasted me about 5 years. Good product though.

This is an excellent product! The packaging is amazing. I used to drink Ganoderma coffee; however, I do not drink coffee anymore because of health issues. I wanted to continue to use Reishi Mushroom because of the way I feel and the health benefits. This product is perfect and I love it! It definitely works and I feel great. I will definitely order from this seller again. They care about their customers and want to make sure you are satisfied.

Is definitely excellent to increased your inmune sistem. You goer more energy in the morning when you have your cup of that special coffe
