Review: Great seat, terrible instructions - This took much longer to install due to poor instructions, but once it was installed it is great! We've only used it for a couple months, but it's working well and feels strong and durable.
Review: Good product, terrible instructions - Overall great product for the price. I disagree with some of the quality complaints. Unless you’re 300 lbs plus the back step is plenty sturdy to step on. I was impressed with the packaging and materials used. Arrived with zero blemished or broken parts. Agree 100% with complaints regarding instructions and grab bag of hardware included. Took way longer than it should have to assemble due to minimal instructions provided and none of the bolts were labeled or in sets. Just big bag of nuts, bolts and washers and you’re on your own. When I finished putting it together I had to switch around a few things. No big deal but would have cut assembly time in half or more if bolts were packaged in individual sets.

This is a nice roomy seat. The seller was responsive when we did not get the grab bar letting us know it was on the way with a tracking number. They answered us immediately when we reached out to them. Seems good quality for the money.
