Quite loud. Like you are snapping tree branches. Gun balance is weighted heavily towards the front. I have sometimes found it to jam, but then my next shot sends out 3 or 4 projectiles instead of the two. I'm sure that decreases the durability, but hey you can open up the panels and follow the standard unjamming procedures if you want. The gun comes with a trigger lock for some reason. It works but I don't see the point. The sphere shots can sting if you are close enough but this is still nerf. Accuracy is around the level of slightly used elite darts which for a dual shot mechanism is acceptable. Overall still a fun addition to your nerf arsenal.

Loud but loads of fun
The need rival series are in my opinion far superior to the need dates. While the price of these guns may seem high, they are high quality. The only drawback I see with this particular model (I own many models) is it is loud. In both clambering and firing.

cool gun, I play nerf wars with my kids ...
cool gun, I play nerf wars with my kids and they were both jealous I got this for myself, the only thing I don't like is swapping out the magazine, it's awkward and can take some time, jams up if you don't get it in the right way. It's fine for between the action but trying to reload fast is annoying. Still a cool gun tho

It's hard for a 6 year old to load and jams
This is a powerful nerf gun, but hard for my 6 (almost 7) year old to load. I did notice that it's for 14 and older, so there is that. It would probably work best for him if he was older. It does jam about once every 2-3 shots.

Shoots two bullets, but works great
Excellent nerf guns for what we used them for. A little bigger than I expected but quality is exactly what nerf is known for. Love that it had a safety switch and a door to clean out clogged shots. Great extra features!

but pretty hard for a nerf
shoots too hard. bought for my nephew and its in the(wait til he's older) box. not as hard as a manual airsoft gun, but pretty hard for a nerf. eyewear is a must because balls are fairly small. its very easy to cock back and shoot.

Price and delivery were real good for this Christmas gift. Overall I'm fairly happy with the quality of this Nerf gun. Only negatives I can think of would be a tad large/heavy for smaller kids (say under 10 years old), but still usable. And the yellow Nerf balls are fairly light and have a larger surface area than the typical Nerf darts, so these tend not to fly as fast or hard (which could be a good thing depending on your preference). Would buy again.

broke when I opened it. Shoot 2 balls at once and always jams
