Both mops were used as directed in the instructions for cleaning tiled flooring, its use was approximately 4 -5 times per week for approximately 30-60 mins per use so in all around 2.5-5 hours per week, this is not excessive usage and it is not used commercially.The first mop appeared to have a fault at the trigger end, as there was a crack after which there was no further ability to work, even in a reduced capacity. I contacted the company, who dispatched another. Unfortunately the same failure has happened again. This time I took the trouble to dismantle the old mop, which is not difficult to find the component that failed, I quickly discovered the component that failed on the first mop.To see if this was the failure point on the second/replacement mop, I took the handle of that one apart and it was the same, only this time it had failed in two places rather than one.
