The seller replied my message in Italian which I have to translate by myself. And they said my machine was in descaling model and ask me to see the instructions. However I read the instructions very carefully and I’m 100% sure the machine is broken. I don’t know if that’s related to the cheaper price? I was trying to return the item however it costs more than £20 to ship from UK. I don’t think I should pay this shipping fee by myself for a broken machine. I’m happy to return the item if they can cover the shipping fee. Therefore I have requested a refund.
