I ordered it not realising it is NOT for UK and the system is for US electricity use only. I now see (having read the review post order and delivery) that I am not the only person to have found this out after ordering. It is absolutely no use in UK. Don’t order!
Review: Product incompatible and poor returns process. - This arrived a month ago and it quickly became obvious on inspection that it was from the States and incompatible with UK sockets. The box was slightly battered too. I duly filled in return label, repackaged and sent back via desertcart Hub at local Post Office. Yesterday I received a Royal Mail request to pay a £7 charge on a parcel that had no postage on it, which I did. The parcel in question turns out to be the one I sent over two weeks ago, returned to me !! I've now paid over £32 for a product that I can't use, that was not advertised as coming from USA,and that desertcart Hub has clearly not returned to sender!

Why is this still being sold in the uk? I ordered it not realising it is NOT for UK and the system is for US electricity use only. I now see (having read the review post order and delivery) that I am not the only person to have found this out after ordering. It is absolutely no use in UK. Don’t order!
