Not working at all
Please refund my money and my expedited shipping. The scale is not working at all. I followedthe instructions and installed it and its stull not working however its hooked to the powercable. I contacted the technical support and they took my number and never called me back. This is the worst experience I ever had. I expected a better customer service and a good working scale especially with such an expensive product.
